Chain Guard® Industrial Food Grade Lubricants Announces
CFIA Registration of CG-FS-220-H1 Food Grade High Temperature Chain Lubricant

Chain Guard® Industrial Food Grade Lubricants is pleased to announce that CG-FS-220-H1 Food Grade 220 High Temperature Oven Chain Lubricant is registered with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and is accepted for use in Canadian food processing facilities.

Chain Guard® Food Grade 220 H1 (CG-FS-220-H1) is a food grade, high-temperature, ester based synthetic chain oil fortified with anti-wear additives and oxidant inhibitors that optimize the performance and stability of the lubricant. The natural detergency of Chain Guard® Food Grade 220 H1 minimizes carbon build-up on chains contributed by conventional PAO’s, mineral, and vegetable based lubricants when exposed to higher temperature oven environments. CG-FS-220-H1 has a high flash point and a recommended operating temperature range of -25°C to 315°C (-13°F –599°F).

In addition, to the CFIA acceptance, CG-FS-220-H1 is H1 Food Grade registered with NSF.
